Tamturbo Oy is bolstering its ranks with Olli Kuismanen, stepping in under the title Director, Partners.
The new hire supports the company’s growth strategy and global goals.
Kuismanen (M.Sc.Eng.) will be responsible for both new and current partnerships. Tamturbo’s goal is to scale up its business operations to a global level by selling full compressor packages as private label products alongside Tamturbo-branded compressor packages. In addition to this, the company sells OEM core components and control software to other compressor manufacturers, which utilise their existing sales and maintenance channels in their respective market areas on a global scale.
Tamturbo made its first OEM, private label and distribution agreements in 2016, leading to the sale and marketing of compressors in five countries. Kuismanen’s duties entail establishing, developing and supporting Tamturbo’s distribution partnerships globally.
He is looking forward to the future challenges with enthusiasm and ambition.

Multidisciplinary expertise for international growth
Kuismanen joins the Tamturbo team from Robit Oyj, where he served as the director of the Down-the-Hole business area and member of the global management team. Before that, he worked for Konecranes Oyj for six years under the title General Manager, Business Factory, Group Strategy and Technology, for example.
According to Tamturbo’s CEO Timo Pulkki, Kuismanen’s contribution to the company is wide-ranging expertise and valuable long-term experience.
