Sami Somero has served as a member of the company’s board since 2011. Somero is a private investor and board member in several growth companies. He has been CEO of Nurmiranta Holdings Oy since 2010 and CEO of Central Office Finland Oy since 2011. Somero previously worked as the business director of Cybercom Finland Oy in 2008–2010 and in business management positions of the Almare and Plenware groups in 1999–2008.

Heidi Ahonen is a private equity professional with over 20 years of experience in both private and public private equity industries. Heidi is currently a managing director of a regional venture capital company Nostetta Ventures Oy, and she has strong experience in managing venture capital funds. Previously Heidi worked at Veraventure Oy, a subsidiary of Finnvera Oyj, and led the venture capital operations as an Investment Director. Heidi Ahonen has also solid experience of board work in several growth companies as a member and an observer.
